  • Q 3:  How is your payment term?
  • A 3:  TT 50% advance and balance before delivery of goods


  • Q 4:  Can you accept L/C?
  • A 4:  Yes sure, we can accept L/C at sight.


  • Q 5:  What is the warranty?
  • A 5:  One-year warranty on all nonexpendable parts, labor is not covered. Warranty coverage 
                  excludes shipment.


  • Q 6:  Comparing with other suppliers, what is your company’s advantage?
  • A 6:  We have own R&D team for machines improvement, QC team for machines quality control

           and after-sales support team who can communicate in English and provide on-site service

           for timely support.
